The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms that are stunning and very clean, satisfying all basic needs despite not being new. The hotel had everything we needed in the rooms, which were extra clean, and all staff members were super friendly and helpful. However, there were some issues with transfers and wake-up timing. The location was on the worst part of the island.
I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The room I had, room 219, was fully equipped and impeccably clean, worth every penny! I couldn't ask for a better place to just sit and relax by the sea right outside my room. There's even a little private beach area where I could sunbathe, read a book, or enjoy the shade of palm trees.
I felt like I was stepping from my pouch straight into the ocean at this hotel, with clean rooms, although there were issues with the air conditioning and hot water. The location was on the worst part of the island, but there were some nice surprises in terms of service and great marine activities available.
